5. KWIX Client Communications SMS Program Terms
Program and message types
KWIX Client Communications may send appointment confirmations and reminders, requested follow ups, client service messages, planning or account related notifications, and other communications you have expressly agreed to receive. Messages are sent from or on behalf of KWIX Planning & Wealth.
How to opt in
You enroll only by providing your mobile number and expressly agreeing to receive text messages from KWIX through an online form, written agreement, or another documented consent process. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Do not enroll a number you do not own or have authority to use.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier’s rates and terms govern charges to your device.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any KWIX text message to unsubscribe. After your request is processed, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email kwaku.robinson@kwixfinancial.com, or call (385) 200-0559.
Delivery and privacy
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability and is not guaranteed.
